These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) access to and use of Sengo, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) online platform (collectively, the “Platform”). If you have any questions, concerns, or comments on these Terms, you can contact us at hello@bysengo.com.
GENERAL
By accessing, viewing, and/or using the Platform, you indicate that you have read, understand, agree to, and intend to be legally bound by these Terms.
Sengo may change these Terms from time to time. Please review these Terms periodically. Your continued access to, viewing, and use of the Platform, and/or our Products and Services, means you accept any and all updates, changes, and modifications.
By accessing and viewing the Platform, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and of legal age to form a binding contract. If you are not at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract, you represent and warrant that you have received your parent’s and/or legal guardian’s permission to view, access, and use the Platform, and that your parent and/or legal guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
If you (1) don’t agree to these Terms, (2) are under 18 years of age, and/or (3) don’t have your parent’s and/or guardian’s permission where required, you are not granted permission to access, view, or use the Platform and must exit immediately.
ABOUT US & OUR PLATFORM
A. What We Do
Sengo is a community platform designed to democratize access to business tools for underrepresented founders while providing resources, and events to foster business growth. We support businesses and individuals through in-person and digital initiatives. Our Platform and Products (memberships/subscriptions) are for personal and non-commercial use, except as specifically permitted under applicable business memberships.
B. Signing Up
In order to purchase our Products or sign up for a subscription/membership, we may ask you for certain information and/or require you to sign up for an account (“Account”).
The Platform will prompt you to provide information such as (1) phone number, (2) password, (3) email address, (4) any applicable business details, and (5) other related information. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an Account.
USE OF OUR PLATFORM
By accessing the Platform, Sengo grants you a limited license to view the content of our Platform and purchase our Products.
OUR PRODUCTS
A. Our Product Offerings
We offer subscription-based memberships at different tiers. These membership options come with varying benefits, which may include exclusive access to events, resources, and gifts.
Product availability is subject to demand. Some gifts or products may be subject to limited availability, and we reserve the right to alter or discontinue certain Products at any time.
B. Shipping
For certain memberships that include physical products, shipping within the U.S. may be included. International customers will be responsible for shipping and any duties.
OUR MEMBERSHIPS & COSTS
All membership pricing is listed on the Platform. Our current membership options are:
Explorer – Free
Founder – $7/month
Funder – $5/month
All Access – $10/month
Memberships are subscription-based and can be modified or canceled according to the terms listed on the Platform.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Sengo and its affiliates, partners, and suppliers own all right, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all trademarks, logos, service marks, and other intellectual property. You agree not to copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, modify, or exploit any of Sengo’s intellectual property or the Platform without express permission.
CUSTOMER CONDUCT ON PLATFORM
You agree to abide by the following rules when using the Platform:
Do not interfere with other users’ access or enjoyment of the Platform.
Do not post unsolicited commercial messages or harmful software.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer or otherwise exploit the Platform.
Do not impersonate any other person or falsely represent your affiliation with Sengo.
CUSTOMER REGISTRATION AND INFORMATION
A. Accurate Information
When creating an Account, you agree to provide accurate and current information. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your access.
B. Verification
We may verify your identity during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide required information may result in loss of access to the Platform.
C. Login and Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login and password.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
You agree to receive communications from Sengo electronically. We may send you important notices, agreements, and other information via email or by posting them on the Platform.
THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS
From time to time, Sengo may offer products or services through third-party providers. These products are governed by their own terms and conditions, and Sengo is not responsible for third-party performance or terms.
